Governing token: DSL (or DEM token representing the stake in DSL staking pool ) Minimum to post a proposal: 500 DSL Address: https://gov.apoyield.com

Rules:

1. Proposals should be first submitted using the form: xxxxxx

2. Proposals will be voted on Telegram and Twitter - the sum of the votes will be taken into account. The vote will last for 24 hours.

3. Proposal will be submitted on https://gov.apoyield.com - the vote will last 3 days.

All proposals should be described accurately - submissions in style will be discarded immediately: "we need more DEX" "list on CEX" "wen Certik"

The proper proposal should elaborate on touched on topic and include three sections:

• Proposal topic - short summary of the proposition

• Requirements - funds, team participation, community engagement, etc

• Motivation - why do you think your proposal should be applied and why will it help

  List SOUL/DSL on XXXXX DEX.

Requirements: Investment of SOUL (the equivalent of 40 000$ ) is required.
